In this past life hypnosis I will guide you into a hypnotic state where you may experience feelings, thoughts, memories or messages in relation to your past lives. We will work with the challenges faced in this past life, who may be prominent to you, who you were and what you learned. We will also look into the death of this being & your feelings towards that and any lessons you need to integrate in this present life. You can ask questions to your past self as we invite answers to clarify anything you may feel is missing.
Please note that sometimes these sessions can bring to the surface deep-rooted trauma, things that have felt trapped in your body and subconscious or may simply just be challenging to experience. While I hold a safe container for you, your vulnerability is necessary in order for us to integrate this trauma and bring it back to be healed to spirit. Please only book if you feel you are in a  good space to receive such deep integration.
